🛒 Free Shipping Eligibility

Orders with a subtotal of $59 or more (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S. If your order total falls below that threshold, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

🚚 Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Because of this rapid handling process, we cannot guarantee cancellations or address changes once an order has been submitted.

🔁 Subscription Orders

Subscription orders that are not canceled or skipped before shipment are not eligible for a refund. If your subscription has shipped, it will follow our standard return and shipping policy.

🌎 Shipping Locations

Currently, CurcuPure ships only within the continental United States. We do not ship to international locations or U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.

If you're outside the continental U.S., we recommend checking availability through our trusted global partner iHerb for international delivery options.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been shipped, CurcuPure is not liable for shipping delays, lost or stolen parcels, or damage incurred in transit. For delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

If you are ordering via an international distributor, any import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
